# How to Request Medication Review and Adjustment Before Your Appointment

If you are experiencing side effects or symptoms that suggest your medication may need adjustment—such as unusually low blood pressure readings—you should contact your doctor as soon as possible.

## Appointments Required for Medication Adjustment

**A consultation is required** to adjust or change your medication, even if you have detailed logs or measurements. Your doctor needs to review your condition, symptoms, and readings during a consultation before making changes to your prescription.
