# How to Submit Medical Documents or Reports to Your Doctor

If you have medical documents, reports, or test results that you would like to add to your medical record or share with your doctor, our support team can help.

## How to Submit Your Documents

To submit medical documents or reports:

1. **Contact our support team** via chat, phone, or email
2. **Attach or send the documents** you would like to share
3. **Specify which doctor** you would like to receive the documents
4. **Explain the purpose** (optional, but helpful), such as:
   - Adding documents to your medical record
   - Supporting an upcoming appointment
