Therefore you are required to make written request on this form as well as attach your valid personal ID. If you do not feel comfortable attaching your ID you can collect your documentation in person and present it at the reception.

Please note that doctor needs to approve release of your documentation and as per guidelines might choose to withheld parts of you record.

Due to the nature of this procedure it can take up to 30 days to complete this process.

How to access private labolatory/pathology results

To access lab results, please use document given to you by one of our doctors during your visit or by our nurse while your blood was taken.

This document contains QR code which can be scanned with your phone.

If you have trouble scanning QR code you will find PIN number located below the QR code.

Go to https://lab.medicus.ie and use this PIN and your date of birth to access the results.

If you need to renew a prescription at our clinic, the cost depends on which type of doctor originally prescribed your medication.

Prescription Renewal Pricing

Gynaecology Prescription Renewals

If you need to renew a prescription from one of our gynaecologists:

Gynaecology prescription renewal: €50

This reduced fee applies to prescription renewals for gynaecology medications when a consultation is not required.

GP and Other Doctor Prescription Renewals

If you need to renew a prescription from a GP or any other doctor (not a gynaecologist):

Standard consultation fee applies

This means you will be charged the full cost of a basic consultation with your doctor unless your doctor decides otherwise.

Important: We do not provide a prescription-only service for GP medications. A consultation is required to renew or refill a GP prescription.

How to Request a Prescription Renewal

To request a prescription renewal:

Your full name and contact number
Your postal address (for prescription delivery)
The name of the doctor who originally prescribed your medication
The medication you need renewed
