If you have medical documents, reports, or test results that you would like to add to your medical record or share with your doctor, our support team can help.


How to Submit Your Documents


To submit medical documents or reports:


  1. Contact our support team via chat, phone, or email
  2. Attach or send the documents you would like to share
  3. Specify which doctor you would like to receive the documents
  4. Explain the purpose (optional, but helpful), such as:
    • Adding documents to your medical record
    • Supporting an upcoming appointment
    • Updating your doctor on recent test results or consultations from other providers


What Happens Next


Once you submit your documents:


  • Documents are added to your file: Our team will add the documents to your patient record
  • Your doctor is notified: We will forward the documents to your doctor for review
  • Your medical record is updated: The documents become part of your ongoing medical history
